We built Forex License because founders kept asking the same question: which licence, where, and what does it really involve? The answers deserved to be public, consistent and honest.

How we work
Every jurisdiction profile follows the same format and links to official sources, so you can compare like with like. When you are ready, we coordinate the set-up with licensed corporate service providers, registered agents and legal counsel who file and represent you locally.

We explain recognition limits clearly, including for offshore licences we deliver ourselves.

Editorial policy: how we research
Pages on this site are written and maintained by the Forex License Research Team, the in-house team that also advises clients on licensing.
- Primary sources first. Every jurisdiction profile is built from the regulator’s website, the legislation and official notices, linked under “Official sources” on each page.
- Dated reviews. Each profile shows the date it was last fact-checked, and we re-check it when the regulator publishes new rules.
- No amounts. Fees and capital requirements change often and depend on the licence category, so we explain what drives cost instead of quoting figures that go out of date.
- Honest about limits. If a jurisdiction does not license forex, or a licence has limited recognition, we say so at the top of the page, including for services we deliver ourselves.
- Corrections. Spotted an error? Email info@forexlicense.net. We correct confirmed errors and update the review date.
